Add build-appimage.sh and deploy.sh automation scripts

Browse source 
build-appimage.sh: builds AppImage + patches out MSDK/VA GStreamer plugins
deploy.sh: full build + sign + upload + anchor swap. Credentials loaded
from .deploy-creds (gitignored).
